Delivery and Returns
If you are not happy with the purchase of either your candles or wax melts you may return any unopened and unused items to us.
Serenis will try and accommodate your issues after purchase, whether this is advice on burning candles or wax melts. Our team are friendly and will advise where best possible.
Below are the full details of the Serenis delivery and return policy.
Standard Class Delivery
All Serenis are sent standard delivery with Royal Mail, in which all individuals who purchase a candle or wax melt will expect it to arrive 5 days after it has been marked for complete on the order.
Delivery Charges Overview
From the date of arrival, you will have a total of 14 days to return the candle. For it to be eligible for a return it must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
All items that were purchased from Serenis and were returned will be thoroughly inspected and you will be notified on the status of the refund.
On approval, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method
Any item that was purchased through Serenis will mean that that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
