What are Essential Oil Flash Points?

Each essential oil that is sold, has a point in the temperate in which the oil will begin to evaporate and vaporise – this is known as a flash point.

As part of the process of how Newshome Candles produce our scented candles and wax melts, the essential oils are mixed for a specific length of time that is below the flash point. This will help it produce a good hot throw and cold throw.
